WHO WE ARE
Silver Star Pool Service, locally owned and operated in Frisco, Texas, provides quality care and attention for your pool and spa. Dave Bowersox retired from the corporate world in 2013 to fulfill his dream of owning his own business. His background in engineering and finance is well suited to the field with the knowledge to perfect the chemical balance of the water as well as his ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment. Dave works closely with his team to ensure that all of their pools are maintained to the highest professional standard. Dave is dedicated to his clients and is always just a phone call or text message away from addressing any of your pool issues. Fully licensed, bonded and insured, Silver Star Pool Service is CPO certified and a proud member of the American Spa and Pool Professionals Association.
BEHIND OUR NAME
Silver Star Pool Service was named in loving memory of Col. Ralph “Sox” Bowersox, father of the owner. On December 4, 1966, during his first tour in Vietnam, he earned the Silver Star for his 93rd F-105 mission over North Vietnam where is shot down two Mig fighter jets. Other notable recipients of the Silver Star are Lyndon B. Johnson, George S. Patton, General Omar Bradley and David Lee “Tex” Hill.
